Alfredo Mejia is a multi-disciplinary designer and video artist born in Mexico City in the mid 80's. Alfredo grew up inspired by the multi-cultural canvas of the city, music and television. His fascination for motion graphics, magazines and photography has taken him to taste all areas of media design, and even expand to new horizons such as apparel and toy design. In 2004 he landed in the United States and teamed up with designer/fashionista Ella to launch hip online magazine Milkpop! (milkpop.com (http://milkpop.com/))

His work ranges from broadcast design, illustration, art and video direction,  web design, interactive media, photography and has been used for magazines, television and advertising. Some of his clients include CrazyLabel HK, Coca Cola Asia, Terminal Illest Clothing, H-E-B, NBC, ENVY Magazine, PlayImaginative, FreewayFilms and The City Loves You.

His first vinyl toy "Tamo" released by Crazylabel is a cute fashionable girl born from a cloud. The concept started years back when Alfredo did a painting at 3.00 am on a piece of ikea furniture. That painting became the draft that the company decided to create the little girl. The figure combines cute and sexy shape, playful and adorable. Tamo will be available this spring.
